1.准备食材如图。

2.把黄瓜、甘蓝切成丝,加入少许盐腌一会,甘蓝里放点小葱。

3.鲜虾去头去壳留尾,放入盐、料酒、葱白腌制一下;鸡蛋打散。

4.锅内放一点点油,预热。

6.倒入蛋液,加盖焖1-3分钟。
